Build takes shape at Henley Square

Construction is progressing well on Henley Square, an $80 million apartment and retail development in Adelaide’s thriving Henley Beach.

Development consultants Guava Lime said that foundations are complete and builders Hickory have been hard at work erecting the concrete structure that will form the shell of the building.

Two levels of car parking are already complete, allowing for the installation of essential fire, electrical and plumbing services, while concrete slabs which will form the upper levels of the development’s two apartment complexes, Baju and H20, have also been completed.

The next phase will see the installation of the structural steel components supporting the upper roof, installation of aluminium windows, external facade and erection of apartment party and internal walls.

Both apartments are on track for completion at the end of August.
