EastWest Apartments was one of Adelaide’s first purpose-built student accommodation buildings. GuavaLime’s site selection analysis and decision to choose a location adjacent to the University of South Australia’s campus led to a leasing agreement with the University for the entire building, offering a secure, ready-made investment for prospective purchasers. The $15 million architectural development comprises 91 beds over 14 stories, with a retail cafe on the ground floor.
