Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets features 145 guestrooms and suites, a rooftop restaurant & bar with sweeping views of the Adelaide skyline, conference facilities, brasserie, and an extensive podium level swimming pool and gym facilities.

GuavaLime’s role initially provided Development Management services including site selection, business case and feasibility development, securing development approval, and appointment of the hotel operator. GuavaLime then provided Client Representation and comprehensive Project Management services including tendering and appointment of consultants and the contractor, overall design, contractor and hotel operator management, client-side procurement management, and full management of the project budget.
