The McLaren Vale Resort will be Adelaide’s only destination resort facility, intimately grounded in the gateway of renowned winery region of McLaren Vale in South Australia. The 5-star luxury resort will include 124 keys of various sizes, 100-seat epicurean restaurant, event centre for 250-guests, meeting and conference facilities, wellness centre and pool, gym and sauna facilities, all surround by extensive landscaping & vineyards.

GuavaLime’s role as development management included business case and feasibility development, Authority approval, selection and appointment of the hotel operator, and appointment and management of the design team. GuavaLime’s engagement has been extended to include client representation and comprehensive project management, with the design and construct contractor’s appointment scheduled for September 2023, commencement construction in January 2024 and completion by January 2026.
