The Wyndham Grand Hotel Adelaide is a landmark tower under development in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, and will be the first Wyndham Grand in Australia when it opens in 2025. Set to be the cities tallest tower when it opens, the hotel will comprise of 347 contemporary refined rooms and suites and an extensive array of facilities including day spa, swimming pool and gym facilities, a wide range of dining experiences with an upscale restaurant, a wine bar, a hills-facing sky bar with stylish alfresco seating, as well as a rooftop restaurant, elevating the concept of approachable luxury.

GuavaLime’s role as Development Management includes business case and feasibility development, securing development approval and appointment of the hotel operator. In addition, GuavaLime will be providing Client Representation and comprehensive Project Management, with the design and construct contractor’s appointment scheduled for July 2021.
